These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Reziro (the "Service") provided by Reziro ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Reziro is an AI-powered career platform that provides:

AI-powered resume adaptation for specific job descriptions

Public career profile pages (Career Pro plans)
Career management resources

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that AI-generated content will secure employment or meet your specific needs.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Account Creation:

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
You must maintain the security of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Career Pro Monthly (€12/month):

Billed monthly on subscription date
Auto-renewal unless canceled
Cancel anytime; access continues until end of billing period

Billing Terms:

All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required
Payment is due immediately upon subscription
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal via secure payment processors
You authorize recurring charges for subscription plans
Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance and apply at next renewal

Auto-Renewal: Subscription plans automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide refunds for the current period.

Failed Payments: If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times over 7 days. If unsuccessful, your subscription will be downgraded to Free plan, and you may lose access to premium features.

6. FREE TRIAL AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

We may offer free trials or promotional pricing at our discretion. Promotional terms will be specified at the time of offer. Free trials may convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. Trial abuse (multiple accounts, fake information) may result in immediate termination without refund.

Discriminatory, hateful, or offensive material
Confidential information belonging to others
Malicious code, viruses, or harmful links

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our IP: The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and features, is owned by Reziro and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create (resumes, cover letters, profile information). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

Store, process, and display your content to provide the Service
Use AI models to generate adaptations and suggestions
Create anonymized, aggregated data for Service improvement

We will NEVER:

Sell your resume content to third parties
Use your personal information in AI training without anonymization
Share your content publicly without your explicit permission (except public profiles)

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools (resume adaptations, cover letters, suggestions) is provided for your use. We claim no ownership, but you are responsible for reviewing and ensuring accuracy before use.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation
Results or employment outcomes

We do not guarantee that:

The Service will meet your specific requirements
AI-generated content will be error-free or suitable for all purposes
Using the Service will result in job offers or career success
The Service will be available at all times (we may have downtime for maintenance)

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Submit false chargebacks or payment disputes
Abuse the Service or harm other users
Fail to pay subscription fees

Effect of Termination:
