This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which Reziro provides refunds for subscription purchases. By subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. GENERAL REFUND PRINCIPLES

Our Commitment: We want you to be satisfied with our Service. However, due to the nature of digital services and immediate access to premium features, most fees are non-refundable except as specified below.

Refund Eligibility Window: Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframes specified for each plan type.

2. PLAN-SPECIFIC REFUND TERMS

FREE PLAN

No refunds applicable (no payment required).

JOB SEARCH PASS (€29 One-Time)

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

  • Full refund available if requested within 14 days of purchase
  • Refund eligibility conditions:
    • You used fewer than 10 AI adaptations
    • You did not export more than 3 documents
    • No evidence of abuse or excessive usage
    • Request submitted via email to [support email] with order number
  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method

No Refunds After 14 Days: After 14 days, all sales are final. This includes:

  • Change of mind
  • Failure to use the Service
  • Misunderstanding of features (feature details are clearly listed on our pricing page)

Partial Period Refunds: The Job Search Pass is a one-time payment for 90-day access. We do not provide pro-rated refunds if you stop using the Service before 90 days.

CAREER PRO ANNUAL (€99/Year)

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Subscriptions):

  • Full refund available for first-time annual subscribers if requested within 14 days of initial purchase
  • Eligibility conditions:
    • Usage limits: Fewer than 20 AI adaptations, fewer than 5 document exports
    • No evidence of Service abuse
    • Request submitted via email with subscription details
  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

No Refunds After 14 Days: After 14 days from initial subscription, annual fees are non-refundable, including:

  • Pro-rated refunds for early cancellation
  • Unused portion of the subscription
  • Auto-renewals (see below)

Auto-Renewal Refunds:

  • Auto-renewals are generally non-refundable
  • Exception: If you contact us within 48 hours of an unexpected auto-renewal charge due to our failure to provide advance notice, we may issue a full refund at our discretion
  • To avoid auto-renewal charges, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date

CAREER PRO MONTHLY (€12/Month)

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Charge Only):

  • Refund available for first-time monthly subscribers if requested within 7 days of initial charge
  • Eligibility conditions:
    • Usage limits: Fewer than 15 AI adaptations, fewer than 3 document exports
    • No evidence of abuse
    • Request via email

No Refunds for Subsequent Months: Monthly subscription fees for the second month onward are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Pro-rated refunds for mid-month cancellation
  • Auto-renewal charges (except as noted below)

Cancellation: You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current month. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Auto-Renewal Protection: If you contact us within 48 hours of an auto-renewal you forgot to cancel, we may issue a one-time courtesy refund at our discretion.

3. SITUATIONS WHERE REFUNDS ARE NOT PROVIDED

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

User Circumstances:

  • Change of mind after the refund eligibility window
  • Failure to use the Service or features
  • Misunderstanding of features (when clearly described on our website)
  • Job search completion or no longer needing the Service
  • Financial hardship or inability to afford continued subscription
  • Employment obtained or job search suspended

Service Usage:

  • Excessive usage of features during refund window (suggests Service was not genuinely unsatisfactory)
  • Completion of major tasks (e.g., creating multiple resumes, cover letters)
  • After downloading significant amounts of content
  • Violation of Terms and Conditions

Technical Issues:

  • User error or lack of technical skill
  • Compatibility issues with your device (if standard requirements were met)
  • Internet connectivity problems
  • Issues resolved by our support team

Payment Disputes:

  • Duplicate subscriptions (if you maintained multiple accounts in violation of Terms)
  • Forgotten cancellations (except 48-hour auto-renewal grace period)
  • Currency conversion fees or bank charges imposed by your financial institution
  • Payment method fees

4. EXCEPTIONS AND DISCRETIONARY REFUNDS

We may provide refunds outside these terms at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances:

Service Failures:

  • Prolonged Service outage (more than 72 consecutive hours)
  • Loss of your data due to our technical failure (if you cannot restore it)
  • Significant feature removal without adequate notice

Erroneous Charges:

  • Billing errors on our part
  • Unauthorized charges resulting from security breach of our systems (not your account)
  • Double charging or incorrect amount charged

Legal Requirements:

  • Where consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction mandate refunds beyond these terms
  • EU consumer rights for distance selling (see Section 6)

5. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

To request a refund:

  • Submit Within Eligibility Window: Ensure your request is within the applicable refund period for your plan

    • Order number or transaction ID
    • Subscription plan name
    • Reason for refund request
    • Date of purchase
  • Review Period: We will review your request within 3-5 business days
  • Decision Notification: You will receive an email with our decision and, if approved, refund timeline
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
  • Bank Processing: Your bank may take an additional 3-10 business days to credit your account

Account Status: Upon refund approval, your subscription will be canceled and downgraded to the Free plan.

6. EU CONSUMER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), EU residents have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • By purchasing a subscription, you request immediate access to the digital Service
  • By using premium features, you waive your right of withdrawal
  • This waiver is required for immediate digital service delivery

Express Waiver: When subscribing, you consent to immediate Service provision and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once you begin using premium features. This waiver is presented clearly during checkout.

Unused Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription but do NOT use any premium features, the full 14-day right of withdrawal applies, and you may receive a full refund by contacting us within 14 days.

7. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us for a refund is considered a violation of these Terms and may result in:

  • Immediate account termination
  • Permanent ban from the Service
  • Legal action to recover losses and fees
  • Reporting to credit agencies or fraud databases

Legitimate Disputes: We understand that legitimate payment disputes occur. If you believe you were charged in error:

  • We will investigate and resolve within 5 business days
  • If you have already disputed with your bank, notify us immediately so we can respond appropriately

Chargeback Consequences: If you file a chargeback and we determine it was not justified:

  • We reserve the right to pursue the owed amount
  • Your account will be permanently closed
  • We may share information with fraud prevention services

8. NO REFUNDS FOR THIRD-PARTY FEES

We are not responsible for refunding:

  • Payment processing fees charged by your bank or payment provider
  • Currency conversion fees
  • International transaction fees
  • Bank charges for failed payments

9. PROMOTIONAL AND DISCOUNTED SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscriptions purchased at promotional or discounted rates follow the same refund policy. Refunds, if eligible, are for the amount actually paid, not the regular price.

10. CHANGES TO REFUND POLICY

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective:

  • Immediately for new purchases after the update
  • At your next renewal for existing subscriptions (with 30 days' advance notice)

Material changes will be communicated via email and prominent Service notice.
